Group Policy Statement

We are an international consultancy working to turn ideas into reality, delivering solutions touching many areas of everyday life: from transport, energy, water and the environment to buildings, industry, communications, health and education.

1. Commitment
The Mott MacDonald Group is committed to the management of the quality of services provided to clients and to implement a process of continual improvement to benefit the Group and each client. By conforming to the specific requirements stipulated in the agreements made with each client, we provide services of quality based on skill, care and diligence.

2. Responsibility
Richard Williams is the Board Director responsible for the Group Quality Policy and for the effective implementation, maintenance and review of the Quality System. William Mathieson has been appointed Group Quality Environment and Safety System Manager responsible for the effective and economic application, operation and development of the system on a day to day basis.

3. Approach
To achieve this, it is the policy of the Mott MacDonald Group Board to apply and maintain an effective Quality Management System complying with the requirements of the International Standard IS0 9001: 2000 and operating in conjunction with other management functions including the Environmental Management and Health and Safety Systems. All project work undertaken by the Group is required to comply with the Quality System.
